Welcome to the NIHC Directory

Powered by Global Data Vision

NIHC is the primary government-appointed organization promoting the safe production and use of hemp internationally through standards development, advocacy, research, and education. NIHC has worked to establish this international directory to promote transparency, and to provide consumers and customers the opportunity to review the labs producing hemp-related products.

Hemp is one of the world’s most versatile and most sustainable materials, yet it is not being used to its full potential. Hemp can be used for fuel and building materials, its fiber can make clothing, and it can nourish both humans and animals.

As the world comes to terms with the actions needed to tackle global warming and the pollution of the planet, it is apparent that hemp must play a central role in the path to sustainability.

The global industrial hemp market size was estimated at $4.71billion in 2019 and is growing annually at rate of circa 15%. NIHC works tirelessly to increase this as new uses for hemp are pioneered, more governments embrace the industry, and consumers continue to invest in innovative sustainable products.
